Gold pays for the ground
nobody else will fund.

Gold and critical minerals, run out of one portfolio so the cash-generative side carries the build-out of the side that takes longer.

What we do

A mining company with four verticals and one structural idea

Most small operations in Southern Africa pick a commodity and then live or die by its price. We went the other way. Our ground is dual-use, gold sitting alongside critical minerals in the same portfolio and in places on the same concession, so the gold pays the bills while the harder assets get built out properly instead of being rushed into production undercapitalised.

Antimony, copper, nickel and chrome do not get financed easily at our scale. Lenders want proven reserves and a decade of operating history. We finance them ourselves, out of gold revenue, and we keep the equity.

Mining

The primary business, and the reason the other three exist. Gold and critical minerals, run together rather than as separate books.

Gold revenue funds the mining and processing setups for antimony, copper, nickel and chrome, which carry heavier upfront cost and longer payback than a single-commodity operator at our scale can usually absorb.

Gemstones

Emeralds, sapphires and ruby, alongside specialty precious stones.

Coloured stone sits naturally next to the gold work: the same ground, the same licensing, the same people, and a buyer base that overlaps more than most people outside the trade assume.

03

Security

Protection for mining operations, ours and other operators’.

Concessions, plant, and material in transit. Theft at the shaft and on the road is the quiet tax on small-scale mining in this region, and it is a solvable problem with the right people standing in the right places.

04

Mine Financing

Acquisition and operations capital for mines that institutional lenders will not look at.

We structure through several vehicles, debt, equity and convertibles, depending on the asset and where it sits in its life. Pricing follows the ground, not a committee template written for a different continent.
